Independent Insurance Agents & Consultants KATHLEEN CODUTI Kathy joined Highland Associates, Inc. in 2002 as a Customer Service Representative, having entered the insurance industry in 1998. She began her insurance career in Lansing Illinois and, as the other members in our agency, has the experience to service our clients in both Illinois and Indiana. Kathy became a licensed property and casualty agent in 2005. Kathy is a lifetime resident of Northwest Indiana. She is a Cantor at St. James the Less Church. Kathy was also a Vice President of the Wilbur Wright Middle School PTO.
